TRAIN with Julie Foucher

Efficient programming that supports health and longevity in busy individuals.

Limited time to train? No worries, I've got you covered!

After shifting my focus from CrossFit Games competition to medical training, my time in the gym was much more limited, but I still wanted to maintain a high level of fitness. Thus, TRAIN was born: 1 hour in the gym per day, 5 days per week, fully scheduled out for you from warm up to cool down. As I now look to begin my career as a physician and think about starting a family of my own, my goals are focused less on peak performance and more on long-term health and longevity.

Whether you're an athlete training for local competitions or a busy mom, dad, business owner, teacher, nurse, lawyer, or doctor…if want to improve your fitness and make the most of your hour in the gym, this program is for YOU. Our programming is comprehensive and involves a wide range of movements from monostructural to complex Olympic weightlifting and gymnastics skills. Workouts and movements are individualized to each member using specific modification parameters. Prior experience and instruction in these movements is recommended, as well as an understanding of how to appropriately scale movements and workouts to fit your ability level.

Comprehensive programming.

Personalized to you.

The TRAIN with Julie Foucher program is not one-size-fits all. We realize that each member of our program is at a different place in their fitness journey and our goal is to provide programming that meets you where you’re at and helps move you forward toward your goals in an intelligent and efficient way. To do this, rather than prescribing weights or movement modifications for our workouts, we provide parameters for each member to choose their own. For example, we may ask you to choose a weight that is a certain % of your 1 rep max or a modification at which you could complete X number of reps unbroken. We also value the importance of balanced energy system development. In order to provide you with guidance on how to approach each workout, our members use either heart rate or rated perceived exertion to make sure they are achieving the intended stimulus of a given workout.
